On 27.08.2024, Deutschlandfunk interviewed ACIPSS Director Paul Schliefsteiner on the development of Russian espionage and sabotage in Europe as part of its “Information in the Morning” program. Schliefsteiner pointed out that Russia had lost large parts of its network after 2022 and was now endeavoring to create new access points and establish potential connections. At the same time, however, he emphasized that there should be no exaggerated fear of spies.
