Lecture by Erich Moechel
Vienna has long been one of Europe’s most important hubs for intelligence activity. ACIPSS, together with the Faculty of Law at the University of Graz (REWI), invites you to a lecture on the signals intelligence (SIGINT) operations Russia conducts from Vienna, with a focus on satellite communications and signals intelligence.
Erich Moechel, investigative technology journalist and surveillance expert, will offer insights into the technical background, methods and security-policy context.
