In an interview with the Kleine Zeitung, Rector Peter Riedler, Institute Director and co-initiator Anita Ziegerhofer, ACIPSS Director Paul Schliefensteiner, Daniela Grabovac (Extremism Prevention Office) and peace researcher Maximilian Lakitsch spoke about the “Extremism” lecture series at the University of Graz. After the great interest in the winter semester 2024/25, it will be continued in the summer semester 2025 thanks to the support of Rector Peter Riedler.
The discussion sheds light on the role of social media in radicalization and the need for academic engagement with extremist movements.
