Schliefsteiner described the cancellation as a ‘partial success’ for the alleged perpetrators, as the concerts could not take place due to the terror threat. At the same time, he emphasized that further details about the suspects’ plans and the efficiency of the security authorities would have to be awaited in order to assess the entire situation.
