On Tuesday, 28 April 2026, at 6:30 PM, ACIPSS invites you to a lecture by Dr. Alexander Dubowy at the University of Graz.
The talk will focus on current security developments in Europe, particularly the consequences of the war in Ukraine, ongoing geopolitical shifts, and the growing challenges in the grey zones of Eastern Europe.
It will also address Europe’s position between global power interests and the room for maneuver of neutral states such as Austria. The lecture offers valuable insights into key issues shaping Europe’s security architecture.
