Last Friday, ACIPSS welcomed Jörg Leichtfried, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, to the University of Graz. Together with University of Graz Rector Dr. Peter Riedler, he visited the ACIPSS office and discussed current security policy challenges and developments with ACIPSS Director Paul Schliefsteiner.
Afterward, State Secretary Leichtfried participated in the course “Spies, Agents, and Informants: How the Work of Intelligence Agencies Is Studied.” During the session, he answered students’ questions about Austrian security policy and current international developments.
ACIPSS extends its sincere thanks for the visit and the engaging discussion.
