In recent months, the Deputy Director of ACIPSS, Jeremy Stöhs, gave several media interviews on alleged drone sightings over Europe’s critical infrastructure. At the core of his assessments is a nuanced approach: vigilance is necessary, but he also warns against overreactions and alarmism. Europe does not need a “quadcopter Maginot Line,” but rather realistic threat assessments and targeted, proportionate protective measures.
Dr. Jeremy Stöhs appeared on the following television programs, among others:
An interview on ORF III titled “Europe’s Drone Wall” on 2 October 2025, as well as another interview on Servus TVtitled “Drones as a Threat to Europe” on 3 October 2025.
