Fourth ACIPSS Pantier Report published: “Targeting extremist influencers: Anti-democratic influence on the Chechen diaspora.”

The acknowledged expert Caspar Schliephack (MA) is an Islamic scholar and works as a consultant for the Islam Office in the State of Brandenburg. He writes on the topic “Targeted by extremist influencers: anti-democratic influence on the Chechen diaspora”.
